We are located at 5005 South Ash Avenue Suite 7, Tempe AZ 85282. This is in the Carleton Business Park on the northwest corner of Mill and Baseline. If you follow the intersection of side streets Ellis and Ash behind this complex, you will see our clinic.

The following are the hours during which I am available for acupuncture, however appointments are currently required. Additional times may be arranged for special circumstances. You can reach me at 480.455.9899 or email me.
Monday/Friday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Wednesday: Closed
Saturday: Closed
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, HSA cards, and most major credit cards. Please see financing and insurance information below.
Insurance/Financing:
I will gladly do my best to work with any insurance coverage. Some companies are offering acupuncture benefits (yippee!), and in that case I am happy to bill for you. You will be responsible for whatever portion your insurance doesn’t cover. I can also provide you with statements for reimbursement from your flexible spending, health savings account, or for tax deduction purposes.
If you don’t have insurance and you like to do things on your own terms, no problem! We offer no-credit-check finance plans that allow you to set a comfortable payment schedule.
